Terms of Service
1. Eligibility
Sense AI is intended for students and exam aspirants. If you are a minor under applicable law, a parent or legal guardian must make or supervise the purchase and accept these Terms on your behalf. By using the Software you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are able to enter a binding agreement under Indian law (directly or through a parent/guardian).
2. The Sense AI service
- Sense AI generates exam-style questions, answers, and practice tests from your own uploaded study material, using local AI models that run on your computer.
- It works fully offline after download and installation; your study content stays on your device.
- Features (such as the Knowledge Assistant, Auto Question Generator, and self-practice tests) may change or improve over time.
3. Hardware requirements
Sense AI requires a Windows 10/11 (64-bit) computer with a dedicated NVIDIA RTX GPU (minimum 8 GB VRAM) and 16 GB RAM or more. The AI features will not perform on computers without a compatible GPU. It is your responsibility to confirm your computer meets these published requirements before purchasing. If you are unsure, contact us before you buy and we will help you check.
4. Free trial & license fee
- New users may start a free 3-day trial (or as shown at the time) to evaluate Sense AI on their own computer.
- Continued use after the trial requires a paid subscription license. Plans and prices (in ₹, inclusive of applicable GST) are shown on our website at the time of purchase, which controls.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. A GST tax invoice is emailed to you after purchase.
- The license is a monthly subscription — it grants use for the license period shown; to continue after it ends, you renew by purchasing again.
5. License terms (one machine)
- Each license is single-user and hardware-locked to one computer via a machine fingerprint. One purchase activates Sense AI on one machine only.
- The license is personal to you and non-transferable, and may not be shared, resold, or used on additional machines.
- To move your license to a new device, please contact support.
- You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass the licensing or activation of the Software.
6. Refunds
Because Sense AI offers a free trial so you can confirm it runs on your own computer before paying, purchases are generally non-refundable. As a goodwill exception, if the Software fails to run on a computer that meets our published hardware requirements and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, or where the computer does not meet the stated requirements. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay.
7. Your responsibilities
- Ensure your computer meets the hardware requirements (Section 3) before buying.
- Keep your license file and download link secure; each is tied to your purchase.
- Use Sense AI as a study aid and verify important academic information with official textbooks and teachers.
- Back up any study material and generated content you wish to keep, as it is stored on your device.
8. Accuracy & limitations
Sense AI uses artificial intelligence to generate questions and answers. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated, and must not be relied upon as a sole source of truth for exams, academic decisions, or any other purpose. Always cross-check against official syllabi, textbooks, and qualified teachers. Sense AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for NEET, JEE, NTA, CBSE, or any examination or educational authority.
9. Third-party services
Razorpay (payments), Resend (email), Cloudflare (hosting/downloads), and — where applicable — the Microsoft Store are independent services with their own terms. SSquare is not responsible for outages or policy changes of those providers.
10. Disclaimers
Sense AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy of generated content, or fitness for a particular academic outcome or examination result.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSquare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any academic, exam, or business outcome arising from reliance on Sense AI alone. Our aggregate liability related to Sense AI for any claim shall not exceed the license fees you paid to us for Sense AI in the twelve months before the claim (or ₹500 if none).
12. Suspension & termination
We may suspend license activation or distribution if required for security, abuse, or legal reasons, or if these Terms are breached. You may stop using Sense AI at any time by uninstalling the Software.
13. Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in the Sense AI Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer protections that apply to you.
